The main conditions for the use of this FAIR 2.0 demo model:

• FAIR is the property of the MNP, Netherlands Environmental Assessment Agency, which holds the full right, title and interest in and to the copyright of FAIR. 
• It is not allowed to use the model and/or its results for commercial purposes. 
• The MNP is not obliged to offer any technical support of the FAIR software.  
• Written publications in peer reviewed (scientific) journals or reports for international policy applications and applications for international organisations by the user of non-public domain data, in either raw or processed form, or research results obtained from the FAIR software or data files require written prior permission by FAIR’s developers. 
• It is not allowed, without written permission of the FAIR’s developers, to distribute, license, or otherwise transfer FAIR to any other individual or institution; alter, modify, enhance or otherwise change FAIR; or use FAIR in conjunction with any other computer software.  
• FAIR’s developers will not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages in connection with or arising from the provision of, performance of or use of FAIR.  
• The FAIR’s developers request that if FAIR is used as the basis for any reports, publications and presentations, proper references is made to the FAIR model and its related publications. These are listed in the section  How to reference .          

This is a summary of the main conditions. When downloading the model, acceptance of the formal license agreement (pdf, 41Kb)  is needed.
